Terms and Conditions

All confidential information retained by Healthy-Care Home Massage Service is handled with utmost privacy. It is exclusively utilized by Healthy-Care Home Massage Service and shall not be shared with any third parties.

The client acknowledges that the therapist may decline to administer treatment if contraindicated due to medical or other conditions, prioritizing the health, safety, and well-being of both the client and the massage therapist.

Individual responses to massage vary, and Healthy-Care makes no assurances regarding specific outcomes from a single treatment or a series of treatments. Therapists retain the discretion to refuse, discontinue, or defer treatment, with full payment still required and no refund issued.

Instances of refusal or termination may include:

– The client being under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs during treatment.
– Withholding or failure to provide pertinent information relevant to treatment.
– Inappropriate or sexually suggestive actions, words, or behavior by the client.
– Threatening, aggressive, violent behavior, or any actions posing a risk to the therapist.

Cancellation

To cancel any scheduled treatments, a minimum notice of 2 hours is required; otherwise, the transportation fee will be incurred by the client.
